This article describes how to access copies of searches in Unity® Search

1. Log in to the Unity Platform.

2. In the top right corner, click on ‘View Orders.’

3. Use the Search bar to find the order. You can search using

   • Order number

   • Case reference

   • Any part of the property address

4. Matching orders will appear below the search bar.

5. For more detail, click into the order and scroll down to the Products section. Here, you’ll see whether each report is pending or completed.

6. Click ‘Open Milestones’ next to each product to view detailed report status.

7. Once a report is completed and returned, click ‘View Product’ to download a copy of the search result.
