This article shows how to find Expected Return dates for Searches within Unity® Search

1. Log in to the Unity Platform.

2. In the top right corner, click on ‘View Orders.’

3. Use the search bar to find the order. You can search using:

• Order number

• Case reference

• Any part of the property address

4. Matching orders will appear below the search bar.

5. Click into the order and scroll down to the Products section. Here, you’ll see whether each report is pending or completed.

6. Click ‘Open Milestones’ next to each product to view detailed report status.

• If a report is pending, the expected return date will be shown.
