This article shows how to check the status of an order with Unity® Search
Log in to the Unity® Platform.
In the top right corner, click on ‘View Orders.’
3. Use the search bar to find the order. You can search using:
Order number
Case reference
Any part of the property address
4. Matching orders will appear below the search bar.
The Status column shows the overall progress of the order.
Status Descriptions:
Incomplete – Draft order not yet submitted
Open – Order is in progress; some products are still outstanding
Completed – All products have been returned
Cancelled – Order has been cancelled
The Completed column indicates how many reports have been completed.

5. For more detail, click into the order and scroll down to the Products section. Here, you’ll see whether each report is pending or completed.
6. Click ‘Open Milestones’ next to each product to view detailed report status.
If a report is pending, the expected return date will be shown.
Once a report is completed and returned, click ‘View Product’ to download a copy of the search result.
