This article explains how to fix the Unity® Practice Management Add-in error for Microsoft Office programs.
This error generally points to the login component of the Unity® Practice Management Add-in for Outlook, Word & Excel.

How to Fix this Error
- Close all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook & Excel).
- Launch File Explora.
- Type %appdata% in the Address Bar and click the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Click on AppData in the Address Bar.
- Double-click on Local folder.
- Double-click on Programs folder.
- Double-click on Quill Group Limited folder.
- Click on Shared folder and you will see the below files:
- Select all three files and delete them.
- Launch Outlook again and login to Unity® Practice Management. The login screen will appear without any errors.
