This article describes the insurance choices for Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS) within Unity Search (Spider)

All products supplied by Dye & Durham have an indemnity within them, which comes in two forms:

•  Personal Indemnity Insurance (PII) to cover any errors and omissions.
•  Specialist Search Insurance (SSI) for Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS), (e.g. regulated local searches and regulated drainage and water reports)

      • This is a requirement of the Council of Property Search Organisations (CoPSO) to have a specific insurance policy with every search delivered.
      • This is to protect from incorrect data provided by a government organisation.
