This article describes how to resolve an issue with Outlook Addins for Unity Practice Management
If the Unity® Practice Management add-ins for Outlook keep on disabling themselves after being re-enabled, please try the following to resolve the issue:
- Please download the file UPM_Outlook_Fix.reg
- Close Outlook.
- Press the Windows Key and R on your keyboard to open the application named Run.

Type Downloads and press OK to search.
- This will open your downloads folder, double click on the saved attachment named UPM Outlook Fix.reg.
- Press yes to all windows which pop up when you click on this file.
- Re-open Outlook.
This file changes the registry for the load behaviour of the Unity® Practice Management Outlook add-in so that the add-in always loads with Outlook.
