If you order a Dye & Durham residential search pack and your client's property purchase falls through and the same client instructs you again within 6 months, they will receive an identical search pack for the new property free of charge.

Eligibility
- The guarantee only applies to the same homebuyer (not transferable)
- The original search pack must contain regulated and own-brand products
- The new search pack must be ordered by Dye & Durham
Replacement searches need to be requested within 6 months of the abortive order
Searches eligible
- Regulated Drainage & Water Search
- Regulated Local Authority Search
- Environmental Reports (Dye & Durham)
- Chancel Report (Dye & Durham)
Any other searches are not included and will be charged.
Refunds and Guarantee Breach
If any refund (full or partial) has already been given on the original searches,
The guarantee becomes invalid (breached).
