Property Transaction Forms (UK Conveyancing)
In UK real estate, TA (Transaction) forms are a set of standardized documents used during the home-selling process. Provided by the Law Society, these forms help sellers disclose property details to buyers.
Common TA forms include:
- TA6 (Property Information Form): Details on boundaries, disputes, alterations, and utilities.
- TA10 (Fittings and Contents Form): Specifies exactly which fixtures and white goods are included in the sale.
- TA7 (Leasehold Information Form): Required for leasehold properties, covering service charges and freeholder details.
- TA13 (Completion Information): Details about the exchange, keys, and mortgage discharge.
At this time we are unable to provide these forms through the conveyancing work-flow however, we can provide you an email with our contact at FormEvo (paul@formevo.co.uk or dom@formevo.co.uk) who will be able to assist you with this.
