This explains how to filter Payment Requests in Unity® Practice Management.
Accessing Payment Requests
- Click on the Money icon, and select Payment Requests

All Payment Requests in the system will be displayed
When hooked into a case, you will see Payment Requests related to that case
Filter by Case

Click All >
-
Search for a case by entering keywords or selecting from recent cases
- Payment Requests for the case selected will be displayed

Click on the X to remove the filter
Filter by Reference

Click All >
- Select if you want to filter by Bill/Invoice No or Transfer Reference

Search for the Bill/Invoice No or Transfer Reference

Click on the X to remove the filter
Filter by Status

Click All >
- Select the Status
-
To remove the filter, click Clear Status Filter
