This article describes Agriculural Credit Searches and shows how to place an order with Unity® Search
What is an Agricultural Credit Search?
An Agricultural Credit Search is an official search of HM Land Registry's Register of Agricultural Charges. The search is carried out using HM Land Registry form AC6 (Application for an Official Search) and returns details of any subsisting (existing) entries recorded in the Register of Agricultural Charges against specified names.
Can we order this search for you?
Unfortunately, we are unable to order an Agricultural Credit Search on your behalf.
This is because HM Land Registry requires applications to be submitted directly using the AC6 application process, which is a postal application. As the application must be completed and submitted directly by the applicant, we cannot facilitate or process this search for customers.
How do I obtain an Agricultural Credit Search?
You can apply directly with HM Land Registry by completing form AC6 and submitting it in accordance with HM Land Registry's instructions.
HM Land Registry provides the application form, guidance, fee information, and submission details on the following page:

Additional Information
Agricultural Credit Searches apply to England and Wales and are administered by HM Land Registry's Agricultural Credits Department. The AC6 form is specifically used to search for existing entries in the Register of Agricultural Charges against specified names.
