This article explains how to access the Forms Library and create new Forms in Unity® Practice Management.

How to Access the Forms Library

1. Click Forms and select Library to access the Forms Library

   

2. From the Filters & Options section, you can search for Forms

3. Click on the folders in the Categories section to view the Forms available

   

Create New Forms

1. Select a Form from the list, and a new window to create the Form will open

   

2. Select a Case by searching for it or selecting from Recent Cases

3. Click Proceed
