This article explains how to filter Cases and Case Contacts in Unity® Practice Management.
Filtering Cases
Click on the Clients & Cases icon, and select Filter Cases
- You can filter by the following options:
- Matter Code
- Matter Description
- Client Name (containing)
- Client Name (starting with)
- Matter UFN
- Case Type
- Fee Earner
Select a filter, for example, Fee Earner, and click the Filter button. This will return all Cases associated with that Fee Earner
| Tick the Include Archived checkbox to include Cases that are archived |
Filtering Case Contacts
Click on the Clients & Cases icon, and select Filter Cases
- Select a Contact Filter Type
Click on the Filter button
