This article will walk you through how to save emails and attachments to Unity® Practice Management.
Saving Emails into Unity
- Go to your Outlook inbox.
- Right-click on the email you want to manage, then click Save to Unity.
- A dialogue box will open up and ask you which Case you would like the attachments to be saved into. You can choose from the recent list on the right-hand side and on the bottom right.
- You can then click OK, and those emails have now been saved in Unity.
Saving Emails into Unity
| If you receive an e-mail with attachments within it, it's best to save the attachments separately into Unity® by once again going over the e-mail that has the attachment. |
- Go to your Outlook inbox.
- Right click and go to the option Save Attachments to Unity®. If more than one attachment is within the e-mail, just check it off and click on Save to Unity.
- Once again, the dialogue box will open up asking you to choose the Case.
- So click on the case, choose from the recent list on the right-hand side and click OK. Those attachments have been saved into your Unity file as well.
