This article explains how to generate the Undertakings report in Insight Legal.
This report returns all Undertakings across all Matters.
Generating the Undertakings Reports
- Click Reporting

Select Undertakings from the Matter column

You will be navigated to the report generation screen, fill in the following details:
- Undertaking Type
- Date Range
- Run to Date
- Fee Earner
- Group by and Sort by

Once done, click Run
