This article details how to use the Case Sensitivity Dictionary in Unity® Practice Management.
This Maintenance option relates to the narrative section of the posting chits. It allows you to assign special capitalisation rules to a particular abbreviation, word, or phrase. For example, if you frequently use the narrative "HMPG" in your posting chits. By default, the system will convert the narrative "HMPG" to "Hmpg". This is because it ships with an auto-capitalisation feature. To use your custom capitalisation, you must save the abbreviation in the case sensitivity dictionary.
Any entries, such as abbreviations (e.g., HMPG), that are entered into the dictionary will always appear in narratives as they are listed in the dictionary.
