This article will explore how a user can access, add, and edit Bank Holidays.
General Information
Allows you to add new Bank Holidays and edit existing Bank Holidays.
How to Access This Option
1. Open the Accounts program.
2. Click the Maintenance icon marked by tools.
3. Double-click the Attendance Code option.
How to Add a Bank Holiday
1. Click Insert to create a blank line on the list of Bank Holidays.
2. Enter a description for the Holiday in the Description box at the top.
3. Select the date the Holiday falls on from the Date selector at the top.
4. Click Save to save your new Holiday.
5. Click Cancel if you don't want to save the Holiday you created.
6. Click Close to exit.
How to Edit a Bank Holiday
1. Select the Holiday you wish to edit from the list of Bank Holidays.
2. Change the description or the date as required.
3. Click Save to save your changes.
4. Click Cancel if you wish to cancel any changes you make.
5. Click Close to exit.
