This article is a guide to enabling access to Bundledocs within Unity® Practice Management
- Get the Kodama ID / Tenant ID for the firm
- Log in to the Support Server
- Access the Kodama Security Database Via Ibexpert
- Go to TABLES >> CLIENTS_RESTRICTIONS_CLIENTAPP
- Double-click to open it and navigate to the DATA Tab
- Find an entry that reads “bundledocs-45vc64z”
- Double-click on it and copy the content
- Press the + sign above to insert another line
- Type the Kodama ID / Tenant ID in the CLIENTID field
- Paste the “bundledocs-45vc64z” content in the APPLICATIONCLIENTID field
Press the green ü to commit it to the database < green Tick option
Open the Slack channel and advise Rich and Chris to turn on Bundledocs. Provide the Kodama ID and the firm's name. Confirm that Kodama has been done. See example:
