This article explains how to add and edit User Defined fields in Unity® Practice Management.
General Information
Coredata ships with a large number of predefined information fields. Occasionally clients may wish to store information on subjects not covered by these predefined fields. To solve this problem, Coredata also provides 4 user-definable fields.
This maintenance option allows you to:
- Add new user defined fields.
- Edit existing user defined fields.
How to Access this Option
- Open the Coredata program.
- Click Maintain on the top toolbar to enable a dropdown menu.
- Select User Defined Fields.
How to Add, Edit, or Delete the Caption Displayed in a User Defined Field
- Select either the client or matter record in the main window.
- Click the required record to select it, and that record will turn blue.
- Add, edit, or delete the caption from any of the 4 fields above.
- Click Save.
