This article explains how to add and edit Outcome Codes in Unity® Practice Management. 

General Information 

This maintenance option allows you to:

• Add a new outcome code.
• Edit an outcome code. 

How to Access this Option 

1. Open the Coredata program.
2. Click Maintain on the top toolbar to enable a dropdown menu.
3. Select SPOCC Reference Tables Outcome Codes. 

How to Add an Outcome Code 

1. Click Insert.
2. Enter a Code.
3. Enter a Description.
4. Click Save. 

How to Edit an Outcome Code 

1. A list of existing outcome codes will display in the lower section of the window. Click the required record to select it, and that record will turn blue.
2. The information for the selected record will display in the upper section of the window. Any field can be edited. Simply re-enter the new information.
3. Click Save.  

How to Delete an Outcome Code 

You cannot delete an outcome code from the system, as this could cause data corruption. Contact the Quill technical support department for assistance.
