This article explains how to add and edit Police Station/Court Codes in Unity® Practice Management. 

General Information 

This maintenance option allows you to:  

• Add a new police station/court code.
• Edit a police station/court code. 

How to Access this Option 

1. Open the Coredata program.
2. Click Maintain on the top toolbar to enable a dropdown menu.
3. Select SPOCC Reference Tables Police Station/Court Codes. 

How to Add a Police Station/Court Code 

1. Click Insert
2. Enter a Code.
3. Enter a Description.
4. Click Save. 

How to Edit a Police Station/Court Code 

1. A list of existing police station/court codes will display in the lower section of the window. Click the required record to select it, and that record will turn blue.
2. The information for the selected record will display in the upper section of the window. Any field can be edited. Simply re-enter the new information.
3. Click Save. 

How to Delete a Police Station/Court Code 

You cannot delete a police station/court code from the system, as this could cause data corruption. Contact the Quill technical support department for assistance.
