This article explains how to add and edit Legal Aid Franchise Contract Numbers in Unity® Practice Management. 

General Information 

This maintenance option allows you to:

• Add a new legal aid franchise contract number.
• Edit a legal aid franchise contract number.

How to Access this Option

1. Open the Coredata program.
2. Click Maintain on the top toolbar to enable a dropdown menu.
3. Select Legal Aid & SPAN Reference Tables LAF Contracts.

How to Add a Legal Aid Franchise Contract Number 

1. Click Insert.
2. Enter a Code.
3. Enter a Description.
4. Click Save. 

How to Edit a Legal Aid Franchise Contract Number 

1. A list of existing legal aid franchise contract numbers will display in the lower section of the window. Click the required record to select it, and that record will turn blue.
2. The information for the selected record will display in the upper section of the window. Any field can be edited. Simply re-enter the new information.
3. Click Save. 

How to Delete a Legal Aid Franchise Contract Number 

You cannot delete a legal aid franchise contract number from the system, as this could cause data corruption. Contact the Quill technical support department for assistance.
