This article explores the process of assigning a Domain Name for Brighter Estimates.
Please follow the Creating a Domain for Brighter Law Suite & Brighter Estimates and Creating a Cirrus Website for Brighter Estimates articles, respectively, before proceeding with this process.
To assign a Domain Name for Brighter Estimates, navigate to the client’s account:
1. Click the dropdown in the top left-hand corner of Core.
2. Select Companies.
3. Enter the company’s name in the search bar.
4. Click Go, then select the company from the results to open its account.
5. Once in the account, open the MyFees Configuration tab.
6. Select Domains.
7. Click on the Manage Subdomain button.
8. Select the system you’re assigning the theme to - choose Cirrus for Brighter Estimates, or Document Portal if you’re also setting up the Document Portal.
9. Scroll to the bottom of the page, update the Default field with the theme you want to assign, and click Save.
After clicking Save, a confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen to let you know the domain has been successfully created or assigned.
