- To add an event, start by click the Organiser button on the left-hand side of Unity® Practice Management:
- When creating an event, you may want to set a reminder a couple of days ahead which will also show on your views.
- To add an event click Add to Calendar and select Event
- Complete the details on the Add New Event popup window:
- Select a case to apply the Event to
- Type in the date or click the icon in the date boxes to add (or set an All Day event for one that will last the day)
- Set a location if required
- Assign the event to yourself or select alternative user(s)
- You can add the event to a milestone if this is needed
- Set a reminder for the Event if required
- Click Save
The event (and any reminders) will show on the cross-case and in case views.
- Events are shown on the views with a green dot.
- All day events will show as a green bar on the calendar views.
