- To add and event, start by click the Organiser button on the left-hand side of Unity® Practice Management:
- When creating an event, you may want to set a reminder a couple of days ahead which will also show on your views. To Add an Event, where you see the +Add button on your screens click this dropdown and select Event.
- Complete the details on the Add New Event popup window:
- Select a case to apply the event to
- Type in the date or click the icon in the date boxes to add (or set an All Day event for one that will last the day)
- Set a location if required
- Assign the event to yourself or select alternative user(s)
- You can add the event to a milestone if this is needed
- Set a reminder for your event if required
- Click Save
Your event (and any reminders) will show on your cross-case and in case views. Events are shown on your views with a blue dot. All day events will show as a blue bar on your calendar views.
