Archive a matter
You can access the page to archive files from anywhere within Unity® Practice Management.
To get to this page, click on "Client's & Cases" in the navigation menu and then "Archive Cases".
You must then complete the form with the information relating to the file you are archiving.
The "Close Date" is automatically se to the current date. If you are attached to a file, the display code will already be in the "Case" field. The "Destroy Date" will pick this up from the file as well.
Once the form has been completed, press "Submit" to archive the file.
